Extreme Gratitude and Flow

When I was a kid, I was pretty spoiled. I wasn’t a brat. It was just clear that everyone wanted to do things for me and give to me.  Being the youngest of 3 children with a brother and sister that were 10 – 12 years older than me really had it’s perks in that way.  At age 9, I remember being told (really grilled, sometimes angrily) to say, “Thank You”. Thank you wasn’t the first thing that would come to my mind to say to people. It was natural for me to receive – I didn’t expect it, it would just happen. As a kid, I didn’t understand what “Thank You” really meant. To me they were just words, plus I was shy and didn’t want to talk much anyway.

It wasn’t until much later in life that I began to understand the feelings of thankfulness and gratitude. I honestly don’t remember the exact moment. I do know that it has a BIG part to do with love. Finding true love and sharing that with a partner then beginning my journey to fully love my entire self has brought me to feel intense gratitude.

I feel so incredibly blessed right now. And when I say that, I really mean it.

For the past 9 months, I’ve focused my energy on meditation, spiritual development and healing. Learning about the elements air, water, fire, earth. Learning about the 4 directions east, south, north, west. The chakras, the Kabbalah, quantum physics and more. Really understanding that we’re all connected and that we as individuals control so much more of what happens in our lives that we think.

I’ve learned that self-discipline is a major factor to achieving bliss.

I’ve spent countless hours doing daily meditations, rituals, reading, studying, writing affirmations – making everything a habit. The result is that I’ve been awe inspired, in the flow, creative and feeling REALLY good!

This didn’t happen overnight. It took months of being diligent and committed to myself.

These days I express extreme gratitude verbally, in prayer and through service to others. I feel joy, a tingle in my forehead and a warmth in my heart that I’ve never felt before. It’s natural. This is what it means for me to be in flow ! Being gracious amplifies your blessings in life. It all comes together.

On December 30th, 2017 – I created a grid for my 2018 intentions, started reading a book by Dr. Isreal Regardie called, “The One Year Manual” and journaled my desires.

The results since have been amazing. Thinking I need new photos and manifesting a 600+ shot photoshoot the next day, thinking I wanna eat at a restaurant and someone suggesting that we eat there the next day. Just to name a few.

Auto-manifesting like my mentors Robert & Rachael Zink call it.

2018 I’m Ready. Forever.
